THEOFILOS ARGYRIADIS

CEO

In 1992 he established the Press Information Centre, offering media monitoring services. The company was later renamed Clip News SA. Mr Argyriadis has been President and CEO of the company ever since. In 2001 he was elected Vice-President of FIBEP for a five-year term. During his term, he led the effort for the establishment of a worldwide standard for the creation of .

a “common technological language” for all media monitoring agencies. Today he continues his course in FIBEP as the head of the IT Department and as a member of the Admissions Commission. Since 2014, he has been a founding member and shareholder in Social Mind, a Social Media Content & Development company.

THEODOROS ANASTASILAKIS

Vice President

One of the first people to join Clip News SA, he has been with the company since 1994 and he is involved with the organisation and the supervision of the sales department and the training of its personnel. He was actively involved in the takeover and the merger of two media monitoring companies, supervising the procedure and of the customer service department. He has been Vice-President

of Clip News SA since 2009 and the Head of the Sales and Accounting Department, as well as in charge of contract renewals. He has profound knowledge of how media monitoring companies operate, he can comprehend the needs of the market and adjust the company’s commercial policy. He has been a founding member and shareholder in Social Mind, a Social Media Content & Development company, since 2014.

KATERINA KECHAGIA

COO

Katerina Kechagia specializes in the field of media intelligence and the transformation of complex publicity data into actionable insights. With more than 15 years of experience, she has proven the value of the fields of reporting, reporting and publicity analysis, as well as business management, negotiating in dynamic data-driven environments since 2008.

During her career, Katerina has led several departments at Clip News, overseeing international projects and reporting and analysis teams. Today, she leads the development of the Media Intelligence Business Ecosystem in Greece and Cyprus. She also serves as Vice President of FIBEP, the Global Media Intelligence Organization, where she oversees the “State of the Industry” portfolio.

A graduate of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication and with a background in journalism in print and broadcast, she is dedicated to helping businesses harness the power of media intelligence, providing accurate information that inspires strategic action and success.

ANNA PLOMARITOU

Reporting & Analysis Manager

She is a graduated from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds an English Master in Digital Media, Communication and Journalism from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She joined Clip News in 2016 as a member of the Reporting & Analysis department and was promoted to Reporting & Analysis Manager in 2019,

being in charge of the overall quality of the provided services and the day-to-day operation of the department. In 2020 she became a shareholder at Clip News. She speaks English, Italian and Russian.

ASPASIA NASIOU

CTO

She graduated from the Information Technology Department of the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki in 2008, having already joined the Clip News family, after completing her internship there. She worked as a developer for many years, implementing applications to serve the needs of the company, while at the same time, she assumed the leadership of all the IT

projects that ensured the development of the IT department. She has received certifications in Project Management, Organisational Culture Management & Time Management as well as Data Analyst specialising in Python. Her aim is to keep IT at the cutting edge of technology and, for this reason, she leads major investment and innovative projects. She took over the management of the IT department of Clip News and currently holds the position of CTO. In 2023, she became a shareholder of the company.

MARIA CHARALAMBIDOU

Customer Service

She is a graduate of the Secretarial School of the American College of Thessaloniki (Anatolia). She is fluent in English, French and Italian and quite familiar with automated systems. She joined Clip News in 2005, as a secretary for the management. In 2014 she took over the Customer Service Department, setting high and strict specifications with regard to satisfying the needs of the company’s

subscribers. She has profound knowledge of the company’s production procedures and technical systems and she is able to respond to your every need in a polite, prompt and effective way. She has attended seminars for business management, public relations, marketing and customer service.

GEORGE BOLANIS

Senior Analyst

He joined Clip News in 2019, to further develop the area of big data and analytics, mainly focusing on offering actionable insights through his reporting to the customers. His motto is that offering the added value of transforming unstructured data (coming from all kinds of media) into structured benchmarking packages, analysed by sentiment and tagging, is the basis for creating a portfolio of

tools to improve a brand’s profile, character, strategy and communication capabilities. He is an NTUA Civil Engineer, with Transportation Management graduate studies in NYU Tandon Scholl of Engineering. He has worked in top positions for IBM and the National Bank of Greece and teaches Documentation Technologies at the European Communication Institute (eci-org.eu).

XENIA GEORGOPOULOU

Monitoring Department Manager

Xenia Georgopoulou is the oldest member of the Clip News family. Although she studied fashion design, she decided to follow her passion for the print news industry. Thus, she joined Clip News in 1998, after completing her exams at the Professional Training Institute in Drama. Xenia is a key member of the Monitoring Department and has excellent familiarity with automation systems, as well as

a deep knowledge of the company’s subscriber base. In 2023, she took on the position of Manager in the Monitoring Department, demonstrating her competence and dedication to the business. In addition, her experience and deep knowledge of the production processes of the department she manages allow her to immediately and effectively identify solutions to any problem her team faces. She has also attended computer courses and has an excellent command of the English language, enhancing her skills and allowing her to collaborate effectively at an international level.

EVA KARASMANI

International Department Manager

A few months after she started working as International News Editor at Clip News in 2022, Eva Karasmani demonstrated her organizational and leadership skills, as a result of which she immediately assumed the position of Manager in the International Department of Clip News. She studied at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specifically at the Department of Journalism and Mass

Communication, and has completed the postgraduate program entitled “Journalism in the Digital Age”. In addition, she holds Knowcrunch’s “Digital Marketing Diploma”. She speaks English, Italian and German. As Manager of the International Department, her responsibilities include communicating with clients on a global scale as well as managing accounts of demanding clients of European interest.

STELLA TSAKALIDOU

HR Generalist

In 2020, her collaboration with Clip News began through the Internship program for students of the Journalism and Media Department of AUTH. Her outstanding performance led to her being hired as a Media Analyst in the Reporting & Analysis Department. In 2022 she expressed an interest in getting involved in the HR Department through projects, a fact that led to becoming an HR Assistant

and gaining experience and fluency in all levels of Human Resource Management. In 2023 she assumed the position of HR Generalist.

PELAGIA KARAILI

Marketing Manager

Pelagia Karaili has many years of experience in the field of digital marketing and corporate communication, specializing in the design and implementation of strategic and performance marketing actions.

She has worked in consulting, industrial, HR and digital marketing agencies, developing strategies for online advertising, content marketing and lead generation.

In January 2026, she joined the Clip News team in the Marketing department, with responsibilities for the design and implementation of marketing actions and strengthening the company’s presence on digital channels.

She is a graduate of the Department of Communication and Digital Media of the University of Western Macedonia and holds an MA Media and Communication degree from the University of Indianapolis, Athens Campus.
