How often is the content updated?
The data is continuously updated so you have real-time access to the content that interests you.
What does Mentions mean in the Brandwatch package?
The Brandwatch platform defines “mentions” as the references it collects for the keywords you’ve requested to monitor. This refers to posts on the Internet or mentions on Social Media. The cost of access to the Brandwatch platform is determined by the number of mentions generated each month on your account, regardless of how many keywords you’ve selected.
What happens if the keywords I’ve requested to monitor on the Brandwatch platform exceed 5,000 mentions/month?
If in any month the limit is exceeded, then the cost increases by €100 for each additional 5,000-mention package, regardless of whether the next 5,000 mentions are fully used.
What does the term Tokens mean in the AI Summary Report service?
The term Tokens refers to the number of publicity mentions (e.g. website articles, social media posts, blog posts) that you select to include in the AI Summary Report. One Token is equivalent to one publicity mention.
What is the cost of Tokens?
Our monthly pricing model covers the publicity needs of most brands with 10,000 tokens and a cost of €70/month. At the same time, it offers flexibility to brands that have increased reporting needs by providing the option to purchase additional tokens in packages of 3,000 at a cost of €30 each.
How many users are included in each Tokens package?
The basic package of €70/month is for one user and includes 10,000 tokens. In case you want to activate the service for more users, the cost for each additional user is €30/month and gives each user 10,000 tokens/month.
What is SoMe Keyword Monitoring?
It is a social media monitoring service based on specific keywords. A keyword is defined as the search term used to track your mentions. It can be a company or brand name, a person’s name, or a specific topic. Each keyword includes all possible variations in which it may appear (in Greek, English, Greeklish, possible misspellings, relevant hashtags, and @mentions). All variations of the same keyword are considered as one (1) keyword.
Which Social Media Channels are supported by the Keyword Monitoring service?
Clip News supports monitoring on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. For Keyword Monitoring, the data collected per channel is subject to the limitations imposed by each platform due to privacy regulations.
Stories and audio from videos are not supported in Keyword Monitoring.
What is the cost for SoMe Keyword Monitoring?
The cost varies depending on the number of keywords you want to monitor—one, three, five, or more—upon request. You can choose to monitor one or more Social Media platforms. If you want monitoring across all Social Media platforms, the cost is adjusted accordingly. A significant discount is offered for 12-month commitments (you receive 12 months of service and pay for 10).
Is there a package for monitoring all Social Media Channels?
Packages are available for monitoring multiple Social Media channels simultaneously. Prices vary depending on the number of channels you wish to monitor.
Can I change the package I selected later on?
You can upgrade your plan at any time, and you can also request a downgrade.
Do you offer custom packages?
If your needs are not covered by any of our available packages, our sales team will prepare a custom offer for you that fully meets your needs.
What is the process after submitting the interest form?
We will contact you within one business day to determine the package that best suits your needs and to proceed with the activation of your account.
What if I run out of 10,000 Tokens before the end of the month?
,Tokens are valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the next 10,000 tokens are added to your account for the following 30 days. If you need extra tokens immediately, you can purchase packages of 3,000 tokens each, at a cost of €30 per package.
What if I have leftover unused Tokens when the month is over?
The tokens are not carried over to the next month. For example, if you have 2,000 tokens remaining on the 31st of the month, they will not be transferred to the next month.
