In November 2023, the executive team of Clip News began a journey of “transformation” through business coaching sessions.<\/p>\n

Organizational Psychologist Mary Spathari<\/a>, specialized in coaching & CBT+, guided the managers team through this journey, which lasted almost 5 months.<\/p>\n

The team set its goals and began working towards achieving them. The process had its ups and downs, the participants tried to figure out who they really are and where they truly want to go. Thoughts, ideas, steps, laughter, concerns, interaction, games, and a continuous internal process for each member for the common goal.<\/p>\n

However, apart from the sessions, the executives had the opportunity to participate in two workshops related to time management and leadership styles, while the entire company attended two online seminars that concerned: (a) Job satisfaction and the enhancement of positive emotions at work and (b) Adaptability to continuous changes and uncertainty – an introduction to practice and mindset change. Finally, the CEO of the company also proceeded in personal sessions with the coach.
