CV submission terms
The submission of your CV to our company is your responsibility. By sending us your CV you state that its contents are accurate and true.
Your CV, and any other personal information that you may fill into the form of your CV submission application, contain data (“Personal Data”) that are considered personal information according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (“Regulation 2016/679”) and the Personal Data Protection law). By sending us your CV you consent to the necessary processing of your Personal Data by Clip News SA for the purposes of the evaluation of your skills for the job post you sent the CV for or for any other job post that the company considers you an eligible candidate after the processing of your information (hereafter “Processing”). For the purposes of Processing, Clip News SA employees are allowed access to your Personal Data. Moreover, your Personal Data are forwarded and stored at the servers of Clip News SA.
After the end of the recruitment process and the latest one (1) year after the submission of your CV, your Personal Data will be deleted. If Clip News SA decides to maintain your Personal Data for the covering of another job post, the company will inform you and ask for your consent for that further processing, which you may refuse.
To the degree that the relevant provisions allow for it, you have the right to submit a request to Clip News SA for access to Personal Data based on article 15 of Regulation 2016/679. You also have the right to ask for the correction or the deletion of Personal Data based on articles 16 and 17 of Regulation 2016/679 correspondingly or for the limitation of the Processing based on article 18 of Regulation 2016/679. Finally, you have the right to oppose the Processing of Personal Data and the right to collect your Personal Data in a structured, broadly used and machine-recognizable format (right to portability), as foreseen in article 20 of Regulation 2016/679.
After you consent to the Processing of your Personal Data, you have the right, at any time, to recall your consent, without such recall objecting the legality of the Processing that has been carried out up to the time of your recall.
If you believe that the Processing of your Personal Data violates Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
